Ayavi is a bid board, not a lead broker. We never hold customer job payments. Full fee tables: customer posting · pro plans.
What Ayavi charges (and what we don’t)
Customers pay an optional one-time posting fee to choose how many sealed bids they want on a job. Licensed pros pay a monthly subscription for bid-board access and a platform award fee only when a customer accepts their bid. Ayavi does not charge per lead, per impression, or per introduction. Ayavi does not take a percentage of customer job invoices.
Customers. posting fees
Choose how many sealed bids you want when you post. Pay once per job. no percentage of your invoice.
- Standard: free for up to 2 bids · $5 for up to 4 bids · $8 for up to 10 bids
- Commercial: $20 for up to 3 bids · $50 for up to 5 bids · $90 for up to 12 bids
After payment, your posting goes live on the bid board and eligible pros in your area may be notified. You pay your chosen pro directly for the work. Ayavi is not in that payment path.
Posting fee refunds
- Before go-live: If you cancel a paid post before any pro is notified, contact billing@ayavimarket.com within 24 hours for a full refund.
- After go-live: Posting fees are non-refundable once the posting is live and pros have been notified, except where required by law.
- Platform error: If you were charged incorrectly, we refund immediately upon verification.
Licensed pros. subscription
Monthly subscription billed to the card on file. Includes a monthly bid allowance in your plan tier and access to postings on the bid board in your verified license categories and service area. Extra bids beyond your allowance: $2 (standard plans) or $4 (commercial construction plans) each, charged automatically when submitted.
Subscription cancellation & refunds
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard or email billing@ayavimarket.com. Takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No early-termination fees.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable and not pro-rated mid-cycle, except where required by law.
- Promotional offers (including launch free-trial periods) are governed by the terms shown at signup; unused trial time does not convert to cash value.
Licensed pros. award fees (when you win)
Award fees apply only when a customer accepts your bid, not when you browse, claim a slot, or submit.
Construction trades. win fee
A percentage of your accepted bid amount at your plan rate (2.5%–3.25% by tier), with a per-job cap on Ayavi’s fee. not a cap on what you may charge or earn:
- Standard construction:cap $3,500 per job on Ayavi’s platform fee
- Commercial construction:cap $8,500 per job on Ayavi’s platform fee
Example: a $200,000 accepted bid at 3% would be $6,000 at the raw rate. Ayavi charges $3,500 (the cap). A $15,000 job at 3% is $450. You invoice the customer for the full job amount; Ayavi bills the platform fee separately to your card on file.
Real estate, financial & other licensed pros. flat acceptance fee
When a customer accepts your bid, a flat acceptance fee applies by plan tier and category (real estate, financial, professional, etc.). Rates are on pro pricing. Ayavi never charges a percentage of sale price, commission, AUM, or insurance premiums.
Lower monthly subscription → higher acceptance fee per win. Higher subscription → lower acceptance fee. This is shown on each plan table.
Win-fee & acceptance-fee refunds
Platform award fees may be refunded when:
- Work never starts. the customer cancels before any work is performed and you have not mobilized.
- Customer unreachable. the customer does not respond within 7 days of bid acceptance and the job cannot proceed.
- Mutual cancellation on-platform. both parties cancel through Ayavi before work begins.
- Platform error. fee charged in error or duplicate charge.
Email billing@ayavimarket.com within 14 days with the job ID and a brief explanation. Extra-bid overage charges and CORI background-check pass-through fees are non-refundable once the service is delivered.
Other pro charges
- CORI / background check. optional pass-through fee (currently $50) for enhanced verification badge. Non-refundable once submitted to the vendor.
- Rebid fee. one-time fee when a structured rebid is initiated through the change-order flow. Non-refundable once the new posting is created.
Failed payments
Failed card charges are retried on a standard schedule with email notice. After 21 days of failed payment, bid-board access is suspended until the balance is current. Accepted award fees already charged remain due.
Chargebacks
Disputing a legitimate platform fee through your card issuer (instead of contacting us first) may result in account suspension pending review.
Tax
Sales tax is added where required. Pros are responsible for their own income tax reporting on revenue from customer work; Ayavi is not your employer.
Pricing changes
We give 30 days’ written notice before changing published fees. Bids accepted before a change keep the fee terms in effect when the bid was accepted.
